Service on getting a subscription
I was very surprised to get an immediately immediately after my purchase inviting me to contact a live individual (I THINK it is a live individual but maybe not - which is a little creepy I'm even wondering) if I had any questions about my subscription purchase. I did, sent a message, and was astounded that I promptly got an answer. Kudos to you for great customer service. Very reassuring for a Luddite like me.
